Contributed to change management, process improvement, and technological innovation efforts as part of the Global Operations team supporting the Consumer Products department. Supported the Technology Upgrade Program with the goal of transforming business processes, systems, and data capabilities.
Worked with the Legal and Creative teams on a cross-functional vendor tracking and document creation solution. Designed and developed the solution in Airtable and worked with the teams on further enhancements post-launch. Leads from both teams responded with great enthusiasm for the new tool, and significantly improved collaboration and efficiency between the two teams.

Performed Surecomp IBSnet system administration and reporting for the International Operations department. Managed daily reconciliations and month-end close processes. Created end-of-period reports and dashboards for upper management review.
Participated in bank-wide Robotic Process Automation pilot program, designing and developing a bot proof of concept to address an existing manual process.

Prototype Developer (UX Designer) (12/2013 – 1/2016)
Created high and low-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and pixel-perfect interactive prototypes and leveraged knowledge of best practices and insights gained from prototypes to improve design quality as part of the Product Management team. Interacted with customers at our annual user conferences to gather feedback through A/B testing and user interviews that informed subsequent enhancements to the BlackLine platform.
Designed the end-to-end user experience (UX) of the BlackLine environment status microsite (trust.blackline.com) providing real-time transparency into environment uptime, performance metrics, and detailed incident information. Worked with product manager and offshore development team to develop and launch the microsite. Created site map, wireframes, visual mockups, interactive prototypes, Confluence specs pages.
