When introducing our software’s upcoming features and enhancements to our internal and external audiences, I contributed to the scripts that we wrote for our walkthrough videos and presentations.
Newsletters and Forecast Cycle Updates
In addition to creating videos and presentations, we also sent out newsletters to users. I wrote the copy, added graphics, and obtained approval before distributing the newsletters by email.
Project Update Newsletters – Carnegie Mellon University Entertainment Technology Center
While working on our semester-long projects at the Entertainment Technology Center (ETC), we were required to publish a weekly newsletter update describing what we did that week for our project, any challenges we faced, and our plans for the upcoming weeks.
As producer on my ETC projects, I composed, selected pictures, and published and distributed our newsletters via our website and email.
